Project Overview
Water For People has received funding from the U.S. Government to implement the Isoko y'Ubuzima Project, designed to improve WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) service delivery. The project is implemented by a consortium including Water For People, IRC, Vitens Evides International (VEI), CARE International, and African Evangelistic Enterprise (AEE).
Project Goal
The Isoko y'Ubuzima Project aims to improve access to sustainable water and sanitation services, which is critical to improved health outcomes, improving living standards, and achieving Rwanda's development goals.
Scope of Work
Water For People invites specialized consulting firms to submit proposals for supervision services related to the construction and rehabilitation of WASH facilities at healthcare facilities and public places in the following districts:
- Kigali City (Gasabo, Kicukiro, Nyarugenge)
- Nyagatare
- Kayonza
- Kamonyi
- Ngororero
- Nyanza
- Gatsibo
Submission Requirements
Interested consulting firms must submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP) documentation.
Submission Deadline
Proposals must be submitted online by April 14, 2026.
