About the Position

Authentic International Academy is seeking an experienced Head Teacher to lead the school with a focus on coordinating student activities, supporting learners across developmental milestones, and fostering both spiritual and academic growth. The Head Teacher will provide guidance to students and staff while organizing and facilitating educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the school in accordance with Christian values
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and community to promote academic achievement
• Ensure high standards of teaching and learning
• Monitor individual progress and achievement of every learner
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards for learners and staff
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate staff members
• Provide individual guidance to both students and staff members
