Overview

The African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS RIC) Research and Innovation Centre in Rwanda invites qualified service providers to submit bid proposals for the provision of cleaning services at our office premises. The successful bidder will be contracted for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of renewal following successful performance evaluation.

Scope of Services

The successful provider will be responsible for cleaning services at the AIMS RIC offices located at Kicukiro KN 3 Road, Kigali (Former MINISANTE Building). Services include:

• General office cleaning of all premises
• Specialized window glass cleaning, including high-level windows

Anti-Corruption Policy

AIMS RIC Network maintains a zero-tolerance policy for corrupt practices and unethical behavior by employees, vendors, and contractors. The organization strictly prohibits:

• Offering, giving, or agreeing to give gifts, commissions, or any form of consideration (financial or non-financial) to AIMS RIC employees as inducement or reward for contract-related actions
• Showing or withholding favor to any person in relation to vendor or contractor contracts

Any solicitation of gifts, commissions, or consideration by AIMS RIC employees must be reported immediately to the AIMS RIC Network Internal Auditor.
