1. Introduction 

Zipline Rwanda invites qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of the items listed below for warehouse operations, packing stations, receiving stations, and associated facility support areas. 

2. Scope of Supply 

The supplier shall provide pricing, specifications, lead times, warranty details, and delivery timelines for the requested items. 

3. Supplier Requirements 

Suppliers are requested to include: 

Company profile and contact details  Unit pricing and total pricing  Delivery timelines  Warranty information where applicable  Validity period of quotation  Applicable taxes and shipping costs  Payment terms  Photos of items/catalog they intend to sell to Zipline for confirmation purposes.  4. Delivery Location 

To be communicated during delivery 

5. Commercial Terms 

Prices should be quoted in [RWF]  Delivery should include all logistics and handling costs  Partial deliveries must be clearly indicated  Zipline reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in whole or in part  Attached Documentation 

Please find attached with this RFQ the detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and item specifications forming part of this RFQ. Suppliers are requested to review the attached list carefully and provide quotations for the specified items accordingly.

Quotations will be evaluated based on:
