Job description
About the Role
Reporting to: Program Manager
Location: Kigali, Rwanda (with regular travel to health facilities)
Type: Full-time
About eFiche
eFiche is a Rwanda-based digital health company deploying AI-enabled clinical tools across an expanding network of primary health care facilities in Rwanda. Our tools support nurses and midwives with real-time decision support, ambient documentation, and risk flagging — embedded directly into the clinical workflows they use every day. Getting these tools into the hands of frontline health workers, and ensuring they are genuinely adopted and used, is at the heart of what we do.
As we scale to more facilities across multiple districts, we are looking for an experienced Implementation & Deployment Manager to lead this rollout with the operational rigour and health system knowledge it demands.
Purpose of the Role
The Implementation & Deployment Manager owns the end-to-end facility rollout process — from site readiness assessment through to activation, training coordination, and post-deployment adoption monitoring — serving as the primary operational bridge between eFiche's technical team and Rwanda's district health system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead phased facility rollout planning and maintain the site activation tracker across all targeted health centres
- Conduct and document facility readiness assessments covering connectivity, hardware, digital health system usage, and staffing
- Coordinate cascade training delivery with the Clinical Trainer and district-level trainers (ToTs, hub sessions, facility-level rollouts)
- Work directly with MoH district QI committees and supervisory teams to embed AI workflows into existing quality improvement processes
- Manage change management SOPs at facility and district level, supporting transition away from paper-based workflows
- Oversee the user support system (ticketing, WhatsApp groups, weekly engagement sessions) and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate field visits
