About the Program

Easy and Possible Organization (EPO) is pleased to offer vocational training programs at ISANO VTC in partnership with Chancen International. Registration is now open for young men and women aged 18–35 years.

These programs aim to support young people in developing employable competencies, launching self-employment initiatives, and building sustainable career pathways in the fields of technology, digital media, and creative industries.

Financing Model

The program utilizes an Income Share Agreement (ISA) financial model through Chancen International. Under this model:

• Students' tuition fees are fully covered by Chancen during their studies
• Upon completing studies and securing employment or starting an income-generating activity, graduates repay a small percentage of their income for a defined period
• Repayment is made in accordance with the Income Share Agreement terms

• Social media management and content strategy
• Digital branding and visibility
• Digital productivity and professional tips

Eligibility Criteria

The program is open to Rwandan youth and learners interested in developing practical digital and media skills. Priority will be given to:

• Young people seeking employment or self-employment opportunities
• Students and school leavers interested in creative and digital careers
• Vulnerable youth and individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds

Applicants must have at least completed Secondary School or University.

Financial support is available for eligible students.
