ABOUT BITC B-KELANA International Training Center (BITC) Ltd is a professional training company established as a subsidiary of B-KELANA International (R) Ltd, a recognized auditing and consulting firm incorporated in 2010 under Rwanda’s Company Act No. 07/2009 of 27/04/2009. The Training Center was founded under the strategic leadership of its Board of Directors to respond to the increasing need for competent, ethical, and practically skilled professionals within Rwanda’s financial and business sectors. PRACTICAL TRAINING APPROACH BITC delivers practice-based professional training designed to transform knowledge into measurable competence. Training programs emphasize: Practical accounting operations and financial reporting  Application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)  Audit planning, execution, and documentation  Tax compliance, tax planning, and Rwanda tax system practices  Use of accounting software and digital financial tools  Professional ethics, governance, and risk management.  Programs target graduates, professionals, entrepreneurs, and institutions seeking to enhance financial management capabilities and employability skills. 1. WHO SHOULD APPLY? This program is designed for: Recent graduates in accounting or finance-related fields  Junior accountants and auditors  Tax advisors and finance professionals  Senior professionals seeking to upgrade their skills  Consultants in accounting and finance  Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) seeking staff training  Corporate organizations aiming to enhance workforce capacity  NGOs and development partners requiring specialized training. 2. AVAILABLE PROGRAM SCHEDULES  Evening Sessions: 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM  Weekend Sessions (Saturday and Sunday): 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Duration: 3 Months 3. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS 3.1. Eligibility Applicants must hold at least: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business Studies, Management, or a related field;OR Have completed university studies and are currently awaiting graduation, supported by an official recommendation letter.  3.2.
