Tender Notice to the Supply of Office Stationeries 

Introduction

An invitation for bids is being issued for the supply and delivery of office stationery items. This request aims to establish a framework agreement with reliable vendors who can provide quality stationery materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Scope of Work

The selected bidder(s) will be required to supply various office stationery items, including but not limited to:

• Printing papers (A5, A4, A3)
• Notebooks and writing pads (A5, A4, A3)
• Pens, pencils, and markers
• Files, folders, and envelopes
• Staplers, punchers, and staples
• Toners and cartridges
• Other office stationery items as may be requested

Supplies will be delivered to the Kigali office on an as-needed basis during the contract period.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a legally registered company with a valid RDB certificate in the same field
