Scope of Work

World Vision Rwanda invites qualified and reputable companies specialized in the supply of Bounce Back Materials to submit bids.

Items Required:

• Mattresses
• School Bags
• Shoes
• Soap
• Vaseline

Contract Terms

• Framework agreement for two (2) years
• Renewable upon supplier performance and availability of funds

Eligibility

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies specialized in the supply of the specified materials.

Submission Instructions

All tendering processes and bid submissions must be completed through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa). Hard copies will not be accepted.

• Expression of Interest Deadline: 09/04/2026 at 10:00 AM
• Bid submission deadline will be provided in the e-procurement system

Process:

• Complete your expression of interest through the WVR e-procurement system
• World Vision will send access credentials and tender documents to qualified bidders
• Submit bids only via WVR e-procurement system by the specified deadline
