Eligibility Requirements

SOS Children's Villages Rwanda invites sealed bids from eligible construction companies and contractors specializing in building and civil engineering works. To be eligible, companies must:

• Be specialized in construction and civil engineering works
• Fall within category F of RPPA (for companies operating in building and civil engineering)
• Not be listed on any blacklist of recognized national or international institutions
• Meet all requirements as per March 2026 standards

Tender Document Acquisition

Tender documents are available only in digital format. To obtain the tender document, submit a request with proof of payment for a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs) to the SOS-CV Rwanda Trust account opened in BPR. Please note that no physical documents are available.

Site Visit (Mandatory)

A compulsory site visit is scheduled at SOS Kagugu Primary School on 15 April 2026 from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. All participating companies must register their addresses at the school entrance prior to the visit.

Bid Requirements

• All bids must be accompanied by bid security from a recognized commercial bank in the amount of RWF 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rwandan Francs)
• Bids must be well-presented, properly organized, signed, and stamped
• Bids must be submitted in digital format

Bid Submission Deadline

Bids must be submitted no later than 21 April 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time. Late bids will be rejected.
