Anti-Corruption Policy

AIMS RIC Network maintains zero tolerance for corrupt practices or behavior by employees, vendors, and contractors. The organization completely prohibits:

• Offering, giving, or agreeing to give any gift, commission, or consideration of any kind to AIMS RIC employees as an inducement or reward for obtaining contracts
• Providing any gift or consideration in exchange for favorable or unfavorable treatment in contract negotiations

Any vendor or contractor contacted by AIMS RIC employees requesting gifts, commissions, or considerations of any kind (financial or non-financial) must report the matter immediately to the AIMS RIC Network Internal Auditor.

Service Overview

AIMS RIC invites qualified service providers to submit bid proposals for security services at our office premises. The successful bidder will be contracted for an initial one-year period, renewable following successful evaluation.

Scope of Services

Provision of trained, disciplined, and licensed security personnel, including:

• Six (6) security guards total
• Four male security guards
• Two female security guards
• 24/7 security coverage
