Invitation
CNOOC Uganda Limited invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and competent companies for KFDA CPF Property Management Services.
Submission Instructions
Interested bidders shall submit documentation meeting the minimum requirements outlined below via the Company COIBID system. Additional supporting or miscellaneous information may be provided as necessary.
Minimum Requirements
Registration and Compliance Documents
- Evidence of valid registration on the National Supplier Database (NSD) maintained by the Petroleum Authority of Uganda for service providers in the Oil & Gas sector
- Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
- Articles and Memorandum of Association
- Beneficial ownership forms from URSB
- Tax registration Certificate
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- NSSF registration certificate
- NSSF clearance certificates
Joint Ventures and Partnerships
- Where Joint Ventures are applicable, parties shall submit Joint Venture agreements approved by PAU, especially between Ugandan and Non-Ugandan Companies
- EOIs from suitable partnerships and consortiums/ventures for the provision of required services and/or equipment are encouraged
- Companies bidding in partnerships/consortiums/Joint Ventures shall submit consortium/teaming agreements showing partnership arrangements and the leading party with percentages
- Preference shall be given to suitably qualified in-country registered entities demonstrating commitment to statutory National Content requirements for oil and gas operations
Experience and Operational Capacity
- Experience of QHSE policy, procedure and process in compliance with Ugandan petroleum regulations, IFC Performance Standards, and international industry standards
- Evidence of experience, resources, and operational capacity to provide the scope of services and products required
