Paper Toils (U) Ltd is a manufacturer and distributor of tissue products across Uganda. We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team in this crucial role focused on expanding our market reach and driving sales growth.

Position Overview

This is a full-time position based in Mukono, Uganda. As a Distribution Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and growing distributors for our tissue products throughout Uganda, developing strategies to ensure rapid market penetration and volume growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new distributors for tissue products across Uganda
• Develop and implement strategies for rapid market penetration
• Drive volume growth and expand market reach
• Close deals with potential distribution partners
• Support the growth and development of existing distributors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field
• Strong ability to close deals and negotiate partnerships
• Proven track record in distribution, sales development, or business growth
