Communications Officer

About the Role

Xen-fi is hiring a Communications Officer to join our Professional Services team in Kampala. This is a full-time position responsible for developing and executing our communications strategy and managing our brand presence across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies
• Manage company branding and messaging
• Create content for digital and marketing channels
• Support stakeholder engagement and customer communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, IT, or related field
• Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in communications, marketing, or customer relations
• Knowledge of Kiswahili
