Responsibilities
- Cook various healthy meals tailored to client preferences
- Prepare customized meal plans based on client specifications and dietary needs
- Shop for meal ingredients and necessary kitchen tools and equipment
- Inspect meal ingredients before purchase to ensure highest quality standards
- Prepare meals in client kitchens in accordance with food health and safety regulations
- Clean and sanitize work areas before and after meal preparation
- Appropriately package and label prepared meals for later consumption
- Provide clients with written or verbal instructions on heating meals
Requirements
- Minimum SSCE qualification with 3 years of culinary experience
- Proven culinary experience
- Sound knowledge of different cuisines and food health and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills
