Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Lead and supervise a team of mechanical technicians and artisans
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and equipment status

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the sugar industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to deliver results under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Sound knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and safety practices
