About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our housekeeping team in a management capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
- Conduct room and facility inspections
- Handle guest feedback professionally
Requirements
- 6–10 years of housekeeping experience (3+ years in a managerial role)
- Experience in 3–5 star hotels
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and hospitality software (Opera preferred)
- Must live close to Lekki or be willing to relocate
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Professional certification (an added advantage)
