About This Opportunity

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) with offices in Kigali, Rwanda is updating its supplier roster and invites expressions of interest from potential transport service providers.

WFP will develop a list of pre-qualified service providers who meet the established criteria. When specific tenders are issued, WFP will invite all qualified service providers in the relevant categories to submit their offers.

Important Note: Inclusion on the WFP service provider list does not guarantee invitation to all tenders and does not constitute a contractual relationship. It means that qualified companies will receive equal consideration during the service provider selection process.

Criteria for Inclusion

To express interest with WFP, prospective service providers must submit the following documents:

• A letter of interest clearly specifying the service(s) you are applying for
• An original letter of support from your company's principal financial banker outlining your company's financial status and credibility. If issued in the name of an individual guarantor, clearly state the guarantor's exact position and relationship to the company
• Company's audited financial statements for the past two years (2024 and 2025)
• Company's certificate of incorporation or registration in Rwanda
• Company's tax registration documentation
