Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales plans within designated areas
- Supervise field sales representatives and ensure daily performance tracking
- Identify new business opportunities and manage key retail channels
- Ensure excellent product visibility and market activation
- Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback for strategic planning
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience
- Strong understanding of open markets, distributors, and retail sales channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Proven route-to-market expertise
Compensation
N220,000 per month
