About the Role
An established company is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to management and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the management and operations teams
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and job reports for janitorial and facility management contracts
- Maintain updated records of client contracts, staff rosters, and site assignments
- Track attendance, leave, and deployment schedules for janitorial staff
- Coordinate internal communication between office and field staff
- Manage office correspondence, calls, and emails professionally
- Prepare and maintain administrative and operational documents, including invoices, requisitions, and memos
- Monitor office supplies and support procurement requests for janitorial materials
- Support HR and operations in staff documentation and record-keeping
- Assist in planning meetings, trainings, and company events
- Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and conducive to productive work
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
