The Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in a two-stage tendering process for the Design and Construction of a Rainwater Tank at Karongi Pension Plaza.

Tendering Process Overview

Stage One: Technical Proposal Submission

Bidders shall submit technical proposals only, demonstrating their methodology, experience, and compliance with the technical requirements as outlined in the Statement of Requirements.

Stage Two: Financial Proposal Submission

Only bidders who meet the minimum technical evaluation threshold shall be invited to submit their financial proposals in the second stage.

How to Obtain Tender Documents

The Tender Document shall be requested exclusively through the Procurement Office. Interested bidders may request the Tender Document on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

A non-refundable fee of Frw 10,000 is required for participation. Payment should be made to:
