Role Objective

To oversee mining equipment maintenance operations including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown work. The supervisor will maintain well-planned tasks to minimize equipment breakdowns through proper and effective inspections during daily routine checks as scheduled, and record defects for analysis and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities
• Conduct and supervise daily routine equipment inspections
• Maintain detailed records of equipment defects and maintenance work
• Develop and implement well-planned maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Ensure effective supervision of HME field service operations
