About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Field Business Developer at Fort Knox Group, based in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire, onboard, and manage merchants within assigned territories
- Drive POS and product adoption among merchants
- Execute deployment tasks, reactivation, and margin swap activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Cover assigned sales territories effectively and efficiently
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum OND qualification
- Prior experience in sales or field marketing (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work effectively in the field
- Professional attitude and strong brand representation
