An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Infytel Communications in Lagos, Nigeria as a Customer Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales support, or marketing analytics
- Proven experience working with CRM software and analytics tools
- Professional certifications in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred
