About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to join our team as an Administrative Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Operational Support
- Handle daily office operations, documentation, filing, and record-keeping for all departments
- Coordinate meetings, internal communication, staff scheduling, and vendor interactions
Regulatory, Compliance and KYC Support
- Conduct KYC verification for agents before issuing POS terminals or granting operational access
- Maintain proper documentation of agents, contracts, and required regulatory records
POS Terminal Management and Technical Support
- Handle procurement, documentation, and issuance of POS terminals to qualified agents after completing KYC checks
- Provide first-level support for POS terminal issues (printer errors, connectivity issues, device resets)
Basic IT Support
- Provide first-level IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, connectivity, system login challenges)
- Support the setup of new systems, devices, and user accounts for staff
Procurement and Vendor Management
- Manage procurement needs for terminals, office supplies, accessories, and operational materials
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years' experience in an administrative role
- Experience in sports betting or gaming is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
