## Title: Legal Officer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Officer based in Lagos, Nigeria. You will provide comprehensive legal support across multiple practice areas, including business law, legal consulting, legal document preparation, and contract law.

Key Responsibilities

Provide business law advice and legal consulting services
Prepare legal documents and contracts
Handle contract law matters
Conduct legal research and analysis
Support client matters with attention to detail and accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
Strong knowledge of Business Law
Experience in Contract Law
Proficiency in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
Previous experience in a legal role (preferred)
