About the Role
Respected Solutions and Investment Limited is seeking dedicated and ambitious NYSC members to join our team as Growth Executives. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development while contributing directly to the company's expansion goals.
Location
Ikota, Lagos, Nigeria (On-site; proximity is essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Support market research and competitor analysis activities
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Work collaboratively with the Growth and Business Development team to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
- Must be a current NYSC corps member
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about sales, marketing, and business development
- Must live within or around the Ikota or Lekki-Ajah axis
- Proactive, smart, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer engagement (advantageous)
Compensation
₦70,000 - ₦100,000 per month
