## Title: Sales Supervisor
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as a Sales Supervisor at Supersaver Supermarket in Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support daily supermarket operations
- Lead, motivate, and train team members
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store is clean and well-presented
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment
- Assist with cash handling, banking, and opening/closing procedures
- Ensure health and safety and food safety standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BSc)
- Previous experience in a retail or supermarket environment (supervisory role preferred)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and hands-on approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and evenings
- Basic IT skills (e.g., POS systems, stock software)
