About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Regional Training Executive. In this role, you will serve as an in-house consultant on Learning and Capability Development, working closely with Branch leadership to identify learning needs, develop targeted interventions, and evaluate their impact on business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an in-house consultant on Learning and Capability Development issues
- Work closely with Branch leadership to identify learning needs, develop interventions to bridge gaps, facilitate implementation, and evaluate business impact
- Prepare and implement training programs aligned with the strategic objectives of the Branch and organization
- Assess training effectiveness through training quizzes and feedback mechanisms
- Provide regular feedback and recommendations to Branch Leadership on challenges identified during field accompaniments and market visits
- Manage recruitment needs and capability development of Branch resources
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing timely reports to support company decision-making
- Report insightful analysis utilizing available data and information on sales activities
- Collaborate closely with departments such as marketing and operations to ensure the sales team receives necessary resources and support
- Maintain detailed records of all activities and projects for stakeholder collaboration and timely action
- Oversee overall performance and efficient delivery of Branch expectations for both Sales and support teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years of work experience
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative skills
- Willingness to travel as required by location
- Knowledge of sales in FMCG (preferred)
