Position Overview

An established company is seeking a skilled and reliable Fiber Laser Operator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining fiber laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, technical knowledge, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fiber laser cutting machines
• Load and position materials accurately
• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance and precision
• Monitor cutting processes and inspect finished parts for quality
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience operating fiber laser machines (e.g., CNC laser cutting)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant technical certification or training
• Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
