## Title: Administrative Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will serve as a key operational support function, managing front desk duties, office administration, and coordinating between departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the office front desk
- Organize and maintain physical files and records with proper filing systems
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
- Manage official correspondence, reports, and internal memos
- Provide hospitality support for the CEO, Directors, Managers, and guests by coordinating refreshments, meals, and fulfilling hospitality needs
- Assist with staff coordination and internal communications
- Ensure utilities, equipment, and facilities are functioning properly and liaise with vendors for maintenance or services
- Support the HR and operations departments with documentation and logistics
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and logistics
- Support the HR department in coordinating office meetings
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and efficient office environment
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Required Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain structure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
