About the Position

Plan International is seeking qualified Youth Technical Leads for anticipated projects in Niger. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful development work in youth employment and workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

The Youth Technical Lead will provide technical expertise and leadership on youth-focused initiatives, with emphasis on employment and workforce development programming.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in youth employment and workforce development
• Fluency in English preferred
• Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
