Position Overview

Plan International seeks a qualified Finance and Operations Manager for USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex USAID or USG projects
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree strongly preferred
• Fluency in English preferred
• Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
