Incumbent manages Post’s recruitment/hiring/training/evaluation (all aspects) of the Family Member (EFM) employment program at Post to include both FMA and EPAP appointments. Incumbent drafts all correspondence such as emails, letters and cables, etc. related to this Program and works directly with AF-EX/HR regarding appointments and terminations. Incumbent assists the R/HRO, MO and Front Office with special HR-related projects as requested. Incumbent also provides day-to-day assistance to USDH personnel as needed or as requested by the R/HRO. In the absence of the R/HRO, provides day-to-day guidance to the six (6) LE Staff located in the HR Office as well as the two (2) language instructors. This position is under the supervision of the R/HRO.
