Position Overview

Plan International seeks a qualified Governance Strengthening Specialist for anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience working closely with municipal level government to strengthen accountability
• Bachelor's degree (BA) required
• Master's degree (MA) preferred
• Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
