Position Overview

Plan International seeks a qualified Civil Society Strengthening Specialist for anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience working closely with citizens and local civil society actors
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
