Position Overview
Plan International seeks a qualified Civil Society Strengthening Specialist for anticipated USAID-funded projects in Niger, including Youth Connect and Resilient Governance initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience working closely with citizens and local civil society actors
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience working on US Government (USG) projects strongly preferred
