TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF SIX (6) MOBILE SOLAR-POWERED IRRIGATION SYSTEMS IN THE DISTRICTS OF RWAMAGANA, BUGESERA, NGOMA, HUYE, NYAMAGABE, AND NYARUGURU

INADES-Formation Rwanda (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from Basque Government (Spain) through ALBOAN to implementing the project du « Projet de renforcement des capacités socio-économiques des femmes rwandaises à travers l’agriculture familiale et la microfinance communautaire pour un développement durable - Phase II » in the districts of Rwamagana, Bugesera, Ngoma, Huye, Nyamagabe and Nyaruguru. The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. Under the funds from Basque Government (Spain) through ALBOAN, INADES-Formation Rwandainvites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Supply of Solar powered irrigation pumps.  Tender Documents in English may be obtained from INADES-Formation Rwanda head office located at Remera in Gasabo District behind Remera Main Buses Park, about 1km from the International Airport of Kigali, close to “Centre Christus” upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of 10,000 FRW to the Account N° [Phone hidden]-26 opened at Bank of Kigali in the name of INADES-Formation Rwanda. Tender documents may be obtained on any working day from 09:00 AM at the INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat.

Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in two separate envelopes — one containing the administrative and technical offer and the other containing the financial offer — must be submitted to the INADES-Formation Rwanda Secretariat no later than 1 June 2026 at 2:00 PM. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.  Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at INADES-Formation Rwanda head office on 1 June 2026 at 14:30 PM. The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender title, bidder name and email for notification purpose. Done at Kigali on 19 May 2026
