Position Overview

Terra Real Estate is seeking 30 motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Representatives to support the expansion of its digital platform across selected districts in Rwanda. This is a field-based role that demands excellent communication skills, independence, and a strong understanding of local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients such as property owners, real estate consultants, and building material suppliers
• Actively promote Terra's services within assigned areas
• Facilitate client registration and onboarding of listings including land, houses, and related services onto the platform
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure consistent field presence to enhance brand visibility
• Achieve set performance targets
