Position Overview

This position reports directly to the Head of Department. The successful candidate will serve as a Clinical Instructor, responsible for delivering educational content and conducting applied research with practical outcomes. Work will focus on generating evidence that supports policy development, enables commercialization opportunities, and supports industrial advancement, all aligned with Education 5.0 principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical instruction and theoretical teaching in nursing science
• Conduct applied research with tangible, solution-based outcomes
• Generate research findings that inform and influence policy decisions
• Support commercialization and industrialization initiatives within the department
• Contribute to institutional goals aligned with Education 5.0 framework
• Report to and collaborate with the Head of Department
