Job description
Your role:
The Research Engineer will focus on collecting, structuring, and curating data from battery materials experiments reported inthe scientificliterature, and on building an intelligent platform to automate and accelerate materials experimentation.
The role involves:
Systematic extraction of experimental data from publications on battery materials
Design of structured databases for materials properties and experimental conditions
Development of simulation-driven and AI-assisted workflows to guide experimentation
Contribution to a digital platform inspired by AI-driven materials discovery systems (e.g., Noble AI,Elemynt), enabling hypothesis generation, experiment prioritization, and optimization
This position sits at the intersection of materials science, data engineering, simulation, and artificial intelligence, aiming to accelerate battery materials research through automation and intelligent decision-making.
