Job Summary

As a Corporate Service Officer, you will be responsible for client solutioning, service delivery, and lead identification as a member of the Client Relationship Team (Cross Functional Team comprising Relationship Managers, Account Relationship Managers, and Product Specialists). You will assist with sales research, relationship development, and needs analysis while managing day-to-day operations and risk management of client portfolios. You will serve as the second point of contact to clients on sales and service issues and be responsible for all operational activities within the Client Relationship Team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Customer Solutioning and Customer Experience (50%)

• Cross-sell vanilla products to existing clients and increase the cross-sell ratio of each client, ensuring 100% solutioning with appropriate products
• Identify client needs accurately and recommend adequate products to proactively increase share of wallet
• Liaise with Product Specialists (Transactional Services, Trade, Global Markets, Debt, Private Banking, Bancassurance, etc.) to ensure comprehensive client solutioning
• Develop and maintain sales and service contacts within client organizations and with key shareholders to ensure effective customer service delivery
• Act as principal point of contact in the absence of the Relationship Manager
