Business Strategy Specialist

We are looking for a Specialist to develop and implement the evolution of the teams analytics, reporting and planning capabilities. The role is high profile and requires a self- starter that possesses skills to recognize and analyze performance gaps and then drive improvements through partnering and influencing key stakeholders such as Operational Leaders, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Workforce Management and Finance. Roles and Responsibilities:Strategic SupportWork closely with senior leaders to understand and share business resultsSupport the continued evolution of the sales organization using advanced analytics and AISynthesize strategic insights and effectively communicate findings to senior leaders in order to optimize sales resultsReview business processes, perform deep dive analysis, uncovering areas for improvement, documenting, communicating results and ensuring that data feed for reports are accurateDesign, develop and maintain critical scorecards and key performance indicators to support the sales organization and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the dataAbility to see beyond the symptoms of a business issue, and create solutions in a logical and effective manner Skills Required:University Bachelors degree in Business, Applied mathematics / Statistics, equivalent work experienceExpert in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word13 years of experience in data analytics and problem-solving, with strong attention to detail, planning, and reportingAdvanced communication and negotiation skills; must be able to articulate recommendations and results, influence key stakeholdersStrong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines & handle changing prioritiesStrategic thinking skillsPassion for driving improvementsAbility to locate and connect data to identify root causes and drive fact-based decision making and plans to address problem areasSolid business acumen; must be able to understand the organizations key drivers to successAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office environment and Tools AI proficiencyFluent in English and French Joining Cnexia is choosing to be part of an ambitious project that values Innovation, promotes Continuous Learning and enables all tech champions to fulfill their creative dreams.
