Job Overview

Purpose of the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide managerial and leadership oversight to the Electrical and Instrumentation sections within the Maintenance Department. The incumbent will be responsible for driving the mine maintenance strategy in line with the company's overall business direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Electrical and Instrumentation teams to achieve departmental goals.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the mine maintenance strategy.
• Ensure alignment of maintenance activities with the company's long-term business strategy.
• Oversee the performance and safety of all electrical and instrumentation operations.

Requirements

• Proven managerial and leadership experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within a mining environment.
• Strong understanding of mine maintenance strategies and their alignment with business objectives.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding operational setting.
