Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Underground Project and Operations Manager to lead the delivery of the Future Shafts Project, which includes the Twin Decline developments at the Peerless and Pickstone sites. This role carries dual accountability as both a Project Manager and an Underground Mining Manager, with a strong focus on safety, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of the Future Shafts Project
• Oversee all aspects of the Twin Decline developments at Peerless and Pickstone
• Integrate project management duties with underground mining operations management
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones

Qualifications & Requirements
