TENDER TITLE: CONSTRUCTION OF 200M3 UNDERGROUND WATER TANK AT SOS KAYONZA

CLIENT: SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA 

SOS CHILDREN’S VILLAGES RWANDA (SOS CV RWANDA hereby invites sealed bids from eligible bidders specialized in construction works to submit their offers for the tender related to Construction of 200m3 Underground Water Tank at SOS-Kayonza

Participation is open on equal conditions to all companies or enterprises specialized in the field and falling in category F of RPPA for companies operating in the field of building and civil engineering as per April 2026. The company must not be on the blacklist record of any recognized national or international Institutions.

Tender Document may be obtained by lodging a request at [Email hidden] upon attachment of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 10,000 (Ten thousand Rwandan Francs) paid to the account of SOS Children’s Villages Rwanda account number: [Phone hidden] entitled SOS-CV RWANDA TRUST opened in BPR. (No physical documents shall be allowed).

All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security from recognized commercial banks equivalent to Nine Hundred Thousand Rwanda Francs (900,000 Frw). A compulsory site visit will be conducted at SOS Kayonza, Nyamirama, on 01/06/2026 from 10h30 a.m to 11h00 a.m. Note that all companies to take site visit must register their addresses first at the entrance of the gate.
