Position Overview

We are seeking a Group Business Development Manager to join our organization during the implementation of our newly approved organizational structure. This position is open to both internal and external candidates, with priority consideration given to current staff members who match the role's requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and development strategies across the organization
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the institute's reach and impact
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Lead initiatives to enhance the institute's market presence and revenue streams
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the public health or research sector
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
• Demonstrated track record of achieving business growth targets
