Position Overview

Job Title: MERL Officer

Location: Mutare, Zimbabwe

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities within the organization
• Design and implement data collection systems to track project outcomes and impact
• Analyze program data to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance and progress
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Facilitate learning sessions to incorporate findings into program improvements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Relevant experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Zimbabwe's development context and youth issues
