Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team based in Zimbabwe. This role involves leading and managing a team of 10 accountants within a confidential organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of 10 accountants
• Oversee general accounting operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor and manage tax-related tasks and reporting
• Handle terms and conditions (Tarms) associated with accounting processes
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior accountant
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in accounting
• Strong familiarity with tax regulations and general accounting procedures
• Knowledge of terms and conditions (Tarms) in accounting contexts
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
