Job Purpose

To provide effective clerical support that enables the efficient and smooth operations of the bank.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clerical support for the effective and efficient operations of the bank
Handle customer financial transactions
Address customer enquiries regarding their financial transactions
Educate customers on the products and services offered by the bank
Perform any other duties assigned by the Chief Executive Officer

Required Qualifications

HND in Accounting or any other discipline
University Diploma or DBS in Accounting or equivalent qualification

Required Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Strong commitment to confidentiality
